Timing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday and all orders received before 2pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day*. If you place your order after 2pm (EST) or on a public holiday please allow 1-2 days processing.

We use Australia Post for all orders.

Standard shipping over $100: FREE
Standard shipping under $100: $13.95
Express shipping over $100: $9.95
Express shipping under $100: $17.95

International Orders

We are currently only shipping within Australia

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once the order has been dispatched with your tracking number.

How do I receive a click and collect order?

Store pick ups are available at either our Subiaco or Joondalup location depending where the stock is being held. If your order is in stock (not a pre-order item), we’ll have it ready for you to collect within store opening hours. You will receive an email confirmation and pick up time and location.
