How many discount codes can I use?
You may only use one discount code per order. You can also check out using a gift card alongside a discount code.

What is your sizing like?
Sizes are generally standard AUS sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide. 

We try to include accurate sizing information for each product in its description box. If you need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact us by email at subiaco@stluciaboutique.com

We accept a variety of payments including most credit cards, (including amex) as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay both online and in store.

There is an error with my order/an item is missing?

Firstly we are very sorry, this very rarely happens. But not to worry! As soon as you realise an item is missing, please notify us immediately by emailing subiaco@stluciaboutique.com.

If you have received the wrong item - please attach a photo of your items received to your email. Once we have this, we will then organise to ship your missing item ASAP.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay allows you to purchase in installments.

 1. Select Afterpay at the payment stage of checkout, as your payment method.

 2. Nominate the Credit or Debit Card you want to use to schedule your payments.
